Platforms & Programs

Four women — Lady Victoria Meeks, Lady Khalila Crozier, Lady Alecia Crozier, and Lady Marissa Moore — officially founded Alpha Mu Omega Sorority, Incorporated in Georgia and Texas. A declaration is made: women deserve a sisterhood rooted in something real

Despite national challenges, AMΩ continues to serve, develop leadership programs, and deepen its philanthropic work. The sisterhood grows stronger through adversity, proving that purpose does not pause.

AMΩ establishes its constitution, bylaws, governance structure, and founding philanthropic platforms. The Grand Alpha Chapter is officially chartered as the home chapter of the sorority.

AMΩ strengthens its national governance, develops a comprehensive leadership certification pipeline, and expands its membership development program. The foundation for long-term legacy is firmly established.

AMΩ expands its philanthropic platforms, launches Project Push (youth mentorship) and Project TAP OUT (military resources), and deepens community partnerships in alignment with its growing mission

Anti-Hazing Statement

Alpha Mu Omega Sorority, Incorporated holds an unequivocal, zero-tolerance position on hazing in all forms. The following statement reflects our official organizational policy and the standard to which every member, leader, and chapter is held.

Official Anti-Hazing Statement

Alpha Mu Omega Sorority, Incorporated categorically prohibits hazing in any form — physical, psychological, emotional, or otherwise — at all organizational levels, including during the membership intake process, chapter activities, and any event associated with or representing this organization.

Hazing is defined as any action or situation, with or without the consent of the participants, that intentionally or unintentionally endangers a person's mental or physical health, causes humiliation, degrades dignity, or disrupts a person's academic, professional, or personal life for the purpose of initiation, admission, or affiliation with this organization.

We believe that true sisterhood is never built through fear, pain, or degradation. A bond formed through hazing is not sisterhood — it is trauma. Alpha Mu Omega is committed to building sisters up, not breaking them down. Every intake process, every meeting, and every activity associated with AMΩ must reflect the dignity, respect, and love that define who we are.

Any member, prospective member, officer, or chapter found to be participating in, facilitating, or condoning hazing of any kind will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, up to and including permanent removal from the organization.

"We did not build this for recognition. We built it because we believed something better was possible —and we were willing to be the ones who built it."
