THE WOMEN
WHO BUILT THIS
Four women. One vision. Seven years of proof.
Meet the founders who answered the call — and built something
that was never meant to just be ordinary.
Our Founding Four
On April 2, 2019, four women made a decision that would change the trajectory of every woman who came after them. They did not wait for permission. They did not wait for the perfect moment. They simply decided — that women deserved better, and they were the ones to build it.

Founder & Co-National President
Lady Victoria Meeks
The Visionary
M.S. Human Resource Management
B.B.A. Management
Fort Valley, Georgia
Lady Victoria Meeks is a Founder and Co-National President of Alpha Mu Omega Sorority, Incorporated — a faith-based, non-collegiate sisterhood she helped establish on April 2, 2019. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, both from Fort Valley State University. Professionally, Victoria serves as General Manager of a Papa Johns franchise location, where she leads daily operations, develops her team, and applies the same people-first philosophy that shapes her leadership within AMΩ. She is a systems thinker at her core — someone who cannot fully internalize an idea without first building a framework for it. That same instinct gave Alpha Mu Omega its earliest infrastructure: its governance documents, its Leadership Development Curriculum, its Leadership Certification Pipeline, and the chapter expansion model that continues to guide the sisterhood's growth. She did not build AMΩ because she had everything figured out — she built it because she believed women deserved a space to figure it out together.
"I did not build AMΩ because I had everything figured out. I built it because I believed we deserved a space where we could figure it out together — with accountability, with purpose, and with the kind of sisterhood that does not disappear when things get hard."
